Can’t Login? This May Help You Out!

Sometimes, users of LCC encounter problems logging into their account. ALthough I’m not really sure as to what exactly causes the issue, I do know of one way which has worked for everyone who has contacted me about it, so I figured I’d post the instructions here for everyone else as well. Here are some quick fixes for different browsers.

CHROME – Clear Cache & Cookies
As suggested by Google

1. On your computer, open Chrome.
2. At the top right, click More.
3. Click More tools Clear browsing data.
4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
5. Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
6. Click Clear data.

FIREFOX – Clear Cache & Cookies
As suggested by Mozilla FireFox

1. Click the menu button and select Preferences.
2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.
3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data
4. Make sure that there is a check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data
5. With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.

PLEASE NOTE: The above instructions will clear ALL cookies and ALL website data for ALL the sites you’ve visited. I strongly suggest checking the settings on each browser and set it to only delete the data for LowContentCreations.com or LowContent.pro (depending on which URL you use when visiting this site).

For example, if you’re a Chrome user, follow these instructions instead:

1. On your computer, open your Chrome browser.
2. Navigate to lowcontentcreations.com or lowcontent.pro (whichever URL you use)
3. To the left of the address bar, where the lock sign appears, click on the “lock” icon.
4. Click on “Site Settings” (located at the bottom of the list that appears)
5. Under the “Usage” header, click on “Clear data” (may take a moment or two to appear).
