Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Saturday & Sunday: VARIES
U.S. Holidays: VARIES

When submitting a help desk ticket of any kind, please allow up to 72 hours to receive a non-automated response. Do NOT submit duplicate inquiries as the ticket will be pushed to the end of the queue thereby delaying our response.

IMPORTANT: If you need to discuss an issue which was submitted in a previous ticket and that ticket was closed (by you or a member of the support team) please find and re-open that particular help desk ticket and post your response as to avoid duplication throughout the system.

All tickets will be responded to, however, they will be replied to in the order they were received. All tickets submitted beyond normal business hours will be viewed, and replied to, within 72 hours of the next business day.

Time frames mentioned throughout are done so from a business hour perspective. Off hours and holidays are not included. If you’ve submitted a ticket at 2:00 PM Friday afternoon, you can expect to receive a response by Wednesday at 2:00 PM EST.

We are usually very adamant about replying much sooner, however, the 72 hours is offered to ensure my team and I have ample time to do any investigative work which MAY be needed to ensure an accurate response.
